Job Description

Product Owner – Financial Reconciliation

Codvo.ai

• Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Financial Reconciliation product line (AP/AR) • Identify high-impact automation opportunities across workflows like Invoice processing & validation and Accounts payable reconciliation • Define and manage product backlog, feature roadmap, and release plans • Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Data teams to convert workflows into structured product modules • Define ICP (BPOs, shared services, enterprises with high transaction volumes) and build GTM assets • Lead execution of client implementations and automation rollouts, ensuring SLA adherence and quality of output

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations (AP/AR, reconciliation, collections), OR BPO / Shared Services environments
  • Strong hands-on understanding of End-to-end AP/AR workflows
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
  • Experience in Process transformation or automation initiatives
  • Exposure to RPA, workflow tools, or AI-led automation (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Commerce / Engineering or related field
  • MBA (Finance / Operations) from Tier-1 institute preferred
