• Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Financial Reconciliation product line (AP/AR) • Identify high-impact automation opportunities across workflows like Invoice processing & validation and Accounts payable reconciliation • Define and manage product backlog, feature roadmap, and release plans • Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Data teams to convert workflows into structured product modules • Define ICP (BPOs, shared services, enterprises with high transaction volumes) and build GTM assets • Lead execution of client implementations and automation rollouts, ensuring SLA adherence and quality of output

Lead a high-impact FP&A team, manage the annual budget process, partner with organizational leaders on strategic outlooks, and drive standardization of financial processes and systems for improved efficiency and insights.

• Responsible for monthly reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and trend analyses • Design and further develop a KPI management/steering framework • Plan and prepare forecasts and budgets • Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate month-end closings • Provide technical leadership and coaching to the Junior Financial Analyst • Standardize processes, tools and templates • Work closely with the CFO on strategic finance topics

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate and improve financial processes within supply chain and manufacturing environments using ERP solutions. • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives focused on finance and accounting functions. • Translate business and financial requirements into ERP system configurations and process improvements. • Provide expertise in job costing, manufacturing accounting, and product costing. • Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with financial reporting requirements, compliance standards, and internal controls. • Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency, automation, and data accuracy. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. • Perform requirements gathering, solution design, system testing, and user adoption activities. • Deliver clear documentation, training, and guidance to ensure successful system utilization. • Participate in client meetings and consulting engagements, both virtual and onsite.
