Senior Digital Project Manager

• Project Leadership: Defining scope, requirements, team structures, and ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality for complex customer experience and engineering solutions. • Delivery Control: Develop and maintain detailed scoping documents, project plans, resource schedules, budgets and budget reconciliations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the agreed scope. • Delivery Management: Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects from inception to completion, coordinating UX, UI, Strategy, technical teams and sometimes 3rd parties/vendors, to ensure flawless execution and delivery of robust and scalable digital solutions. • Change Control: Manage changes to the project scope through changing the project schedule and project costs. • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary interface between internal teams and clients, facilitating project delivery-related discussions, resolving conflicts, and updating senior stakeholders. • Cloud Hosting: Have exposure to cloud hosting and understand its role in digital transformation. • Risk & Financial Management: Proactively identifying, mitigating risks/issues, managing project finances for profitability, and reporting status to the PMO. • Team Guidance: Guiding cross-discipline teams, removing obstacles, providing feedback, and ensuring teams are productive and focused.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant project management experience managing large and complex web digital transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership, customer communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience working on digital projects.
  • Exposure to cloud computing technologies.
  • Experience with budget management and budget reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, including SEO, UX, and security.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience working in a digital agency is a plus, but not essential.

About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise features and customer integrations across our medical coding SaaS platform and partner APIs. You’ll lead complex, API-driven implementations from pre-sale alignment through go-live—bridging customers, product, and engineering to deliver predictably. This is a customer-facing, highly cross-functional IC role with significant ownership. This role sits within the Engineering organization and works closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Software Engineers to ensure enterprise customer commitments are planned, built, and delivered predictably. You’ll be customer-facing, technically fluent, and accountable for shepherding complex work from early planning through successful onboarding and go-live. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and cross-functional influence.
