Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Experience managing complex technology transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working within Agile frameworks
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise features and customer integrations across our medical coding SaaS platform and partner APIs.
