Role Description We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Administrator to support a major, multi-year rail infrastructure programme. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth operation, optimisation, and integrity of our enterprise-level Primavera P6 environment, enabling our planning and project controls teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. - Managing and administering the full Primavera P6 environment (EPPM and P6 Professional). - Configuring user access, roles, permissions, and security profiles. - Overseeing database management including backups, recovery procedures, and performance optimisation. - Providing hands-on support to project teams for scheduling, reporting, and system troubleshooting. - Developing and maintaining global standards, templates, coding structures, and workflows. - Monitoring system performance and implementing continual improvements. - Supporting integrations between P6 and wider enterprise systems such as ERP and BI platforms. - Delivering training, guidance, and ongoing support to planners, schedulers, and project managers. - Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all project portfolios. - Creating, customising, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPI visualisations. - Supporting software upgrades, patches, testing, and system migrations. Qualifications - Proven experience administering Primavera P6 (EPPM and/or Professional). - Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling principles. - Experience with database management (Oracle / SQL Server preferred). - Knowledge of project controls processes (cost, risk, and scheduling). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with system integrations and APIs is an advantage. - Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced functions). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness. • Maintain visibility into delivery progress through velocity tracking, burndown charts, and issue logs; escalate risks or blockers proactively. • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from scoping through release, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and requirements. • Partner with Product Analysts and Product Manager to evaluate project ROI, scope, and prioritization, and integrate into the broader roadmap. • Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, QA, and Governance teams to plan technical delivery, identify dependencies, and align resources. • Develop cross-functional processes and tools that improve collaboration across technical teams, from requirements gathering through analytics delivery. • Track and manage risks, scope changes, and blockers, ensuring transparent communication to leadership and stakeholders. • Provide regular reporting on delivery status, risks, and timelines to executive stakeholders. • Apply Agile principles to ensure iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices across the team. • Ensure delivery processes are documented, repeatable, and aligned with Sound’s enterprise standards. • Support alignment with enterprise expectations for disaster recovery, business continuity, issue resolution, RACI modeling, and compliance. • Define, measure, and monitor KPIs related to delivery success, stakeholder satisfaction, and ROI realization; incorporate findings into process improvement.

• You assess sites, develop technical concepts and ensure our BESS systems are connected to the grid safely and efficiently • Provide technical support for project development: evaluate grid-connection feasibility for potential sites, identify technical risks, and prepare high-level concepts & cost estimates for grid connection substations and transformer stations • Conduct technical coordination with grid operators: clarify TAB (Technical Connection Conditions) requirements and obtain feasibility confirmations • Design and plan medium-voltage and high-voltage systems (grid connection substations, transformer stations, switchgear, transformers) • Coordinate external engineering partners and suppliers • Coordinate acceptance and commissioning
