Network Programs and Partnerships Lead – Food Systems
Multiplier
• Develop and implement outreach and onboarding strategies to recruit new FSLN members and deepen participation and belonging among current members. • Build and maintain strong relationships with and among network members, partner organizations, and movement leaders. • Lead outreach and recruitment for mentorship programs, leadership retreats, virtual trainings, and other FSLN initiatives. • Create opportunities for members to connect and engage more fully and meaningfully in the network through events, peer learning exchanges, or collaborative projects. • Track engagement trends and identify opportunities to expand accessibility and involvement across the membership. • Manage FSLN’s overall communications strategy and create clear, compelling content for the network.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive work experience in project and/or program management, training & technical assistance, leadership development, mentorship, or capacity-building initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong process design and facilitation skills and experience guiding peer learning spaces, communities of practice, or leadership development experiences.
- Skilled at building relationships, cultivating partnerships, and working collaboratively with diverse partners and communities.
- Comfort with virtual collaboration tools and decentralized work environments.
