• Report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing to help manage planning, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, optimizing and expanding our podcast, radio and digital radio advertising in our non-US/ESG markets in order to scale the business. • Work alongside a great audio team comprising an ad ops specialist, a US Strategist, and an EU Strategist. (You will be the English-Speaking Int’l Specialist.) • Grow Betterhelp’s key metrics (members, ROAS, ROI, brand awareness, affinity, etc…) by exploring and testing new networks, shows and audio advertising. • Build new media plans comprising podcast, radio and digital radio in each market, and seeing the campaigns through to execution, measurement and optimization. • Manage our roster of existing audio partnerships across Podcast, Radio & Streaming. • Continually strive for higher volume and better margins with ongoing optimization • Maintain weekly show reporting and improve upon reporting processes for better campaign management • Work with the Ad Ops Specialist to maintain QA solutions for campaigns for creative, compliance & performance • Assist our Ad Ops Specialist in data entry and campaign management ranging from keeping track of IOs to billing • Maintain and further develop our agency and network relationships • Work with AP to get invoices paid on time • Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class business that makes a difference in people's lives • Bring the big ideas
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years managing audio (podcast, radio & digital radio) campaigns - media buying and planning, creative, execution, performance & optimization
- Have deep knowledge of non-US podcast, radio and digital radio landscapes, including publishers, agencies, shows, and opportunities. Specifically UK, CA, AUNZ and IE.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance based on data
- Tech savvy
- Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Positive outlook and ability to work as a team

• In this role, you will serve as the competent point of contact for our financial advisors on all matters related to health insurance. • Provide on-site support across all areas of health insurance for private and corporate clients. • Together with your team, you will provide initiatives to increase sales success. • Promote the professional and sales-oriented development of the financial advisors. • Independently conduct sales-related events. • Accompany financial advisors to client meetings and support them during consultations.
• Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets • Responsible for visits to current and potential clients • Leads the performing of routine account management activities • Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets • Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service
• Review submissions for insurance and request any additional information needed; determine which markets to refer submissions per current carrier appetites and guidelines. • Facilitate the underwriting process with sales and carrier/wholesaler including: Soliciting information from the sales team requested by the carrier/wholesaler to provide terms. • Communicate with the carrier regarding coverage questions. • Revise terms (i.e., lower premium/additional coverage options or limits) as requested. • Review bind requests to ensure all subjectivities have been met prior to sending information to the carrier/wholesaler to bind coverage on requested effective date. • Edit quotes sent by the carriers prior to sharing with the sales team to instruct sales team on what subjectivities are needed and the process to bind coverage with proper documentation, per state compliance regulations. • Issue policies on direct bill accounts and refer binders/policies to the sales team upon receipt. • Provide post-issue service to existing policies by requesting premium bearing endorsements and reviewing contracts for policy compliance. • Follow up with the sales team on outstanding information needed for requests and quotes; follow up with carriers/wholesalers on pending submissions. • Process money, ensuring that the correct amount is corrected from the customer and paid out to the carrier • Provide insight to the sales and retention teams of viable options for market placement and system usage. • Continuous knowledge development of products and the marketplace via attending carrier meetings and reading industry publications • Provide training and assistance with systems and coverages to the sales team
