Senior Epic Application Analyst
VCU Health
• Manage or perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization’s information technology resources • Enhance oncology, research, and transplant care through technology • Configure and maintain clinical tools, resolve Epic workflow issues, and design and configure new IT solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize documentation and ensure efficient, reliable support for providers and patients across the enterprise • Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, treatment plans, therapy plans, and notes • Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions • Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Six to eight years of related experience
- Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility as determined by leadership if applicable
- Previous Epic experience in the training, build, and/or support of the Epic systems electronic health record suite preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience

Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst

• Be the primary contact for all IAM-related inquiries during security investigations, incidents, and potential breaches. • Coordinate and orchestrate response activities across all IAM functions—including Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, and IAM Governance • Assist the CFC in identifying and containing threats by completing or directing IAM-related actions, such as account suspension, privilege revocation, session termination, and enforcement of step-up authentication. • Analyze threat intelligence and actor TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) to identify potential risks to the identity landscape. • Develop and refine IAM-centric detection use cases and queries for security monitoring systems (e.g., SIEM, UEBA) • Use insights to help inform IAM policies • Provide subject matter expertise to inform the design and implementation of IAM controls across the enterprise. • Help with the risk-based prioritization for First Line of Defense (LOD1) remediation efforts by providing context on active threats and vulnerabilities. • Develop formal plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IAM's role in the incident response lifecycle. • Establish protocols and service level agreements (SLAs) between the IAM organization and the CFC. • Conduct post-incident reviews and contribute IAM-specific findings to root cause analysis reports.
• Support the organization’s safety, compliance, and fleet operations by providing analytical insights, administrative coordination, and regulatory support • Ensure data accuracy, contribute to incident reporting and investigations, and partner with employees, leadership, and external vendors to maintain safe and efficient fleet operations • Interact with employees, customers, clients, and vendors to provide assistance and answer inquiries related to Safety & Fleet services • Ensure organizational compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations and guidelines • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across Safety & Fleet management systems • Support workers’ compensation activities, including timely incident reporting • Generate and review financial and operational reports on fleet performance, spend, and utilization metrics
