Role | We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to drive our product vision, strategy and goals in a very exciting time at Ukio. Working within our talented engineering team you will drive a great customer experience and build a unique product. The engineering team at Ukio plays a critical role in the delivery of key products for our customers as well as internal tools in order to be the power behind the hyper growth proptech startup we are. We provide information; data and analytics to help support and drive our customers needs as well as internal stakeholders key decisions. The team is divided into small squads. These business units are continually looking to develop innovative new products that will further serve our business needs. Responsibilities | - Support senior Product Managers in managing the product lifecycle across discovery, planning, execution, and launch. - Participate in defining product requirements, documenting user stories, and refining acceptance criteria. - Help maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and ensure tickets are clear, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs. - Assist in gathering insights from stakeholders and users to understand pain points and opportunities. - Contribute to roadmap planning by researching market trends, analyzing data, and identifying areas that could drive improvements. - Collaborate with design and engineering to support smooth delivery and ensure features meet expectations. - Track product metrics, help analyze the impact of released features, and contribute to continuous optimization efforts. - Stay informed about relevant technology, AI tools, and internal automation opportunities that could boost efficiency. About You | - You have 1–2+ years of experience in a product-related or analytical role (product, business analyst, operations, management consulting, project coordination, or similar). - You’re excited to learn from experienced PMs and grow into full product ownership over time. - You’re comfortable working with internal stakeholders and helping translate their needs into product requirements. - You’re detail-oriented and able to break complex problems into structured tasks. - You’re analytical and use data to guide your thinking; basic SQL knowledge is a plus. - Experience with CRM platforms development and customization is a plus - You’re curious about leveraging AI or automation to improve processes or product capabilities. - You’ve contributed to projects with multiple moving parts and learned how to balance competing priorities. - You communicate clearly, proactively, and confidently in English. - Experience in a tech-driven company is a bonus, but not required. Role Description This role leads the development and evolution of digitally delivered learning products in a fast paced, AI enabled environment.
