Marketplace Manager (Amazon-First) | LATAM
HireHawk
- Job Type: Full-time, long-term contractor - Workplace: Remote - Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST - Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000/month At HireHawk, we connect top global talent with high-performing U.S. companies. Our focus is on finding exceptional professionals who bring both expertise and drive to every role. We’re passionate about helping candidates grow their careers while supporting our clients with reliable, remote-ready talent that makes an impact from day one. We are seeking an Amazon-native Marketplace Manager to own and scale performance across marketplace channels, with Amazon as the primary focus. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator with deep experience in Seller Central (3P) environments who understands the Amazon ecosystem end-to-end—from PPC and SEO to catalog management, content, and retail fundamentals. This is not a coordinator role. We are looking for a full-stack Amazon operator who can drive revenue, optimize performance, and think strategically about growth, profitability, and expansion. Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end Amazon performance across traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability - Manage daily Seller Central operations, including catalog health, inventory alignment, and promotions - Identify and execute growth levers across pricing, content, media, and assortment - Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues (suppressed listings, compliance flags, catalog inconsistencies) - Build, manage, and scale Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) - Optimize campaign structure, keyword harvesting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation - Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other tools for full-funnel insights - Continuously improve ROAS, TACoS, and incremental revenue through testing and iteration - Own keyword strategy and listing optimization for organic ranking and conversion - Create and optimize titles, bullet points, A+ content, images, and backend search terms - Use tools like Helium10, DataDive, and Keepa for research and performance tracking - Monitor competitor activity, search trends, and content performance - Partner with creative/brand teams to develop high-converting PDPs - Align with supply chain teams to maintain in-stock rates and avoid stockouts - Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and P&L impact
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (Amazon-focused)
- Strong, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (3P) accounts (required)
- Proven track record of scaling Amazon revenue through PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Advanced expertise in Amazon Ads and retail media strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with tools such as Helium10, DataDive, Keepa, and AMC
- Experience managing inventory and avoiding stockouts
- Experience with Walmart or Target marketplaces (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Shopify or DTC e-commerce (nice to have)
- Background as a Brand Manager or owning a P&L (nice to have)
- Ideal Candidate:
- A true Amazon operator, not just a specialist or coordinator
- Equally comfortable executing and setting strategy
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on revenue and profitability
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Benefits
- Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.
- Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
