Business Development Representative
Metrikflow
• Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets using outbound and inbound strategies. • Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events. • Conduct outreach through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, other channels) to generate interest in Metrikflow’s solutions. • Be creative and iterate quickly on growth strategies for lead generation. • Work closely with the Marketing and Product team to provide feedback on campaigns, lead quality and messaging effectiveness. • Set up meetings and demos for the Sales Team by engaging and qualifying decision-makers. • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system. • Continuously improve your outreach techniques by analyzing results and adapting your approach. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and Metrikflow’s product offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of outstanding results.
- Quick learner and eager to deep dive into new topics and iterate fast on traction strategies.
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , or in a Business Development role or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment is a big plus.
- Experience with lead generation and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach.io, Crono).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-level prospects.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
- English work proficiency.
