• Strategic development and expansion of our B2B business: establishing long-term partnerships with key account companies • Managing key accounts throughout the entire lifecycle • Networking & acquisition: proactive outbound outreach to new partner companies • Reactivating existing contacts in the B2B environment • Presentations and pitches with decision-makers • Process optimization & Sales Enablement: analyzing partner volumes and deriving commercial measures • Close collaboration with Operations, Fleet, and Product & Marketing • Support & development: personalized partner support, developing joint solutions and referral structures
• Plan, build and optimize performance campaigns on Google (focus: Google Ads), YouTube and Meta • Responsible for significant media budgets in the seven-figure range with focus on ROAS, CAC and growth targets • Use GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Conversion APIs for data-driven decisions • Design and evaluate A/B tests, creative experiments and funnel optimizations • Work closely with Growth, Design and Data teams to align paid channels with content and the customer journey • Clients in over 80 countries
• Strategic development and expansion of partner relationships • Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships with insurers, workshops, broker networks and exclusive agency partners • Development of tailored mobility solutions (e.g., replacement vehicle fleets, group mobility, assistance services) • Managing partners across the entire lifecycle • Networking & partner acquisition • Proactive outreach to new partners and reactivation of existing contacts • Presentations, pitches and negotiations at decision-maker/executive level • Development of referral and placement structures • Process optimization & sales enablement • Analysis of partner volumes and derivation of strategic measures • Co-development of kickback and referral/commission models • Close collaboration with Product, Marketing and Operations for continuous offering development
• Technical SEO: You optimize architecture, crawling, indexing and Core Web Vitals in close collaboration with our dev team • Content strategy: You develop scalable keyword clusters, landing pages and local SEO strategies with a clear traffic impact • Digital PR & Link Building: You build high-authority backlinks and coordinate campaigns with content and PR • Monitoring & Reporting: You set up KPI frameworks and dashboards, analyze performance and prioritize by ROI • Cross-team enablement: You work closely with Growth, Product and Brand to establish SEO as an integral part of our go-to-market strategy • Future Search (AI/LLM): You optimize structure, internal linking and trust signals so that content performs well in generative search results
