Senior Solution Delivery Consultant
Netsmart
• Collaborate with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments • Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure proper configuration management and change control processes • Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known system functionality • Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practices • Responsible for training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Application Analysts and Consultants • Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership; analyze data to determine configuration readiness • Develop client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies • Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applications
- At least 1 year of process improvement experience
- At least 1 year of project execution experience
- Experience with reporting solutions similar to Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, SSIS
- Preferred experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
- Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)

• Lead vendors through the end-to-end onboarding process, from intake through go-live. • Collect, review, and validate vendor documentation, rate schedules, and contract terms. • Configure vendor profiles, pay formulas, labor and equipment rates, and compliance attributes in Track/myTrack. • Interpret contract language related to rates, overtime, reimbursements, and billing rules to ensure accurate system setup. • Perform data validation and testing to confirm vendors are transaction-ready prior to activation. • Provide onboarding guidance and system training to vendors and client stakeholders. • Respond to vendor and client questions related to onboarding, configuration, and early system use. • Communicate onboarding status, risks, and dependencies to internal teams. • Partner with Implementation, Operations, Support, and Technology teams to resolve issues and support go-live readiness. • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Facilitate and ensure compliance of Track/myTrack daily settlement process via computer-based software. • Utilize Track/myTrack reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness, due date compliance, and error corrections. • Assign schedules and pay formulas within Track/myTrack for proper calculations of net billable hours. • Manage daily business process within Track/myTrack to confirm settlement of charges within client’s ERP. • Provide training to Supervisors and Vendors during onboarding and general maintenance. • Manage user accounts/profiles and report filters, and other ad hoc administrative requests. • Manage labor, equipment, and material rates to guarantee up-to-date contractual compliance. • Provide support for all Track/myTrack Platform issues that hinder operation of daily settlement process.
