Job Posting Location: Remote - USA Job Title: HR Systems Analyst Job Description: The HR Systems Analyst supports the administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning. This role works closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and effective system use, while delivering actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. Key Responsibilities - Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules. - Configure and maintain HR business processes in Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices. - Configure and maintain security roles, including domain security, and system setup. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system solutions. - Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights and support decision-making. - Provide resolutions to HR Team inquiries, questions, and problems via Jira ticket queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Participate in biannual Workday release testing and implement system updates, ensuring new features are configured and adopted effectively. - Participate in testing cycles for other system updates, enhancements, and new functionality. - Document processes, configurations, and workflows. - Support end users with troubleshooting, guidance, and training materials. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations. - Stay up to date with Workday updates, best practices, and HR technology trends. Qualifications (Required): - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering Workday HCM. - Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules. - Experience configuring and maintaining HR business processes in Workday. - Knowledge of Workday domain security and experience configuring security roles. - Experience building advanced Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. - Qualifications (Preferred): - Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, or Learning. - Experience with Workday Security or Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors). - Experience with Workday Docs and Docs for Layouts. Competencies - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - High level of confidentiality with sensitive HR data. - Customer-focused and proactive in providing solutions. - Willingness to learn and adapt to system updates and process improvements.
