Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst
RD Station
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of the internal network and servers, including AD/GPOs, NPS/Radius, Okta and G Suite; • Monitor the performance of internet links and SaaS services, ensuring service continuity; • Implement and automate on-premise and cloud IT solutions, integrating internal systems and SaaS platforms; • Support integration operations with acquired companies, ensuring technical alignment; • Serve as technical support for team analysts, contributing to SLA achievement and departmental satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing Linux and Windows servers, as well as administering networks with NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall);
- Ability to implement on-premise and cloud IT solutions, with knowledge of AD/GPOs, Okta and G Suite;
- Experience with VMware ESX virtualization systems;
- Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring systems and centralized log management;
- Automation skills using Shell Script, Python, or similar.
