• Managing and resolving incidents/issues from start to finish, owning initial investigation and troubleshooting to determine root cause and resolution, creating escalations as needed • Handling internal and external communication (status page, tickets, Slack, Webex etc.) • Creating and/or update procedures, run-books, diagrams, and other documentation on a continual basis • Writing automation scripts to streamline incident resolution • Partnering with senior engineering teams during scheduled or emergency maintenance activity

• Building a best‑in‑class, Azure‑driven cloud networking environment that supports a rapidly evolving, multi‑cloud ecosystem. • Design, implement, and manage Azure networking components including VNets, VNet peering, Private Endpoints, Application Gateways, Load Balancers, NSG, Azure DNS, Azure Firewall, and ExpressRoute. • Applying your physical and cloud‑based network design expertise to interconnect systems using WAF (i.e Cloudflare), firewalls, load balancers, and routing protocols (BGP) across a predominantly cloud‑based infrastructure. • Partnering closely with infosec, engineering, and operations teams to shape a forward‑looking network architecture strategy aligned with the company’s growth. • Serving as the network Subject Matter Expert (SME), elevating team knowledge and cultivating strong relationships with key leaders and architects. • Reporting directly to the Director of Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong dotted‑line partnership to the Platform Engineering Network Manager. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for networking, including automated provisioning of VNets, BGP routing, firewall rules, load balancers, F5 policies using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows. • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive true remediation to prevent recurrence.

• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint solutions, and M365 integrations • Develop REST APIs and backend services (.NET / C#, Azure App Service) and React/TypeScript frontend components for internal tools and interfaces • Implement server-side security (RLS, Managed Identity, Key Vault) replacing legacy client-side patterns • Maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; participate in code reviews, documentation, and sprint ceremonies • Collaborate with stakeholders

• Develop and maintain platform infrastructure, microservices, and databases • Diagnose and resolve reported issues with functionality and security • Develop and maintain code in T-SQL and PowerShell • Collaborate with application developers, quality assurance, and operations personnel • Estimate the effort required to implement changes to applications and processes • Investigate and resolve alerts provided by various monitoring services • Notify development leads of new issues found • Support AWS infrastructure • Identify and improve upon strengths and weaknesses in development and business processes • Evaluate and enhance application performance • Automate routine tasks • Maintain and enhance application observability • Describe missing functionality to be considered as new features • Document operations procedures and application output • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and quick resolution of issues • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
