• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for both agents and humans • Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems • Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area • Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped • Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself

• Define a long-term product vision aligned with Airtm’s mission and goals. • Conduct structured customer and market research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities. • Translate vision into a realistic, high-leverage roadmap and backlog that balances short-term growth with long-term scalability. • Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to build and ship features that drive user adoption. • Work closely with growth and marketing to accelerate go-to-market adoption and unlock new revenue streams. • Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI powered capabilities directly into the product, from intelligent automation and personalization to surfacing insights that help users make better financial decisions. • Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day workflow for research, spec writing, competitive analysis, data synthesis and help raise the bar for how the broader team works.
