• Define a long-term product vision aligned with Airtm’s mission and goals. • Conduct structured customer and market research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities. • Translate vision into a realistic, high-leverage roadmap and backlog that balances short-term growth with long-term scalability. • Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to build and ship features that drive user adoption. • Work closely with growth and marketing to accelerate go-to-market adoption and unlock new revenue streams. • Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI powered capabilities directly into the product, from intelligent automation and personalization to surfacing insights that help users make better financial decisions. • Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day workflow for research, spec writing, competitive analysis, data synthesis and help raise the bar for how the broader team works.
