• Responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production and direct written premium goals • Effectively managing the agents of an assigned market to increase company market share • Collaborates with Product, Pricing, Operations to perform stakeholder analysis • Develops and maintains the assigned market’s new agency appointment pipeline • Key company liaison within assigned market to both independent agencies and industry associations • Collaborates with Independent Agents to assist with creation of agency-specific business plans • Consults with Independent Agents to gather market intel
Job Requirements
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with assigned strategic OEM dealer groups. • Implement dealer business plans aligned with territory goals. • Evaluate dealer performance against sales targets, inventory metrics, and customer satisfaction. • Identify capability gaps and collaborate to improve sales execution. • Drive territory revenue and market share through dealer-led new dump truck sales. • Partner with dealers to forecast demand and manage inventory mix. • Identify new market opportunities and support dealers in complex opportunities. • Strengthen competitive positioning by providing market intelligence. • Deliver ongoing training on product specifications and selling strategies. • Ensure dealers have current sales tools and marketing materials.
