• Translate the global brand strategy for the DACH region, taking local market and consumer needs into account • Develop the local marketing plan for the DACH region and assume end-to-end responsibility for the local implementation of global campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital/Social) • Plan, coordinate and manage media strategies for the DACH region in close cooperation with the internal Digital & Media team and external agency partners • Develop and adapt creative advertising materials together with creative and design agencies, ensuring brand positioning and consistency across all DACH touchpoints • Innovation and portfolio adaptation: evaluate global innovations and concepts and create local business cases • Responsible for planning, controlling and reporting the local A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, as well as ownership of timelines, project status and KPI achievement in DACH • Continuous analysis of brand and category performance, identification of growth drivers, risks, market changes and consumer behavior, and derivation of clear, actionable insights • Close collaboration with the global Category team, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Trade Marketing, Regulatory and Supply & Demand
