Role Description Salem Media Representatives (SMR), a division of Salem Media, is seeking a high-performing National Account Executive - Sales to join our growing national sales organization. This is an individual contributor role focused on generating new revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and creating integrated marketing solutions for national advertisers, agencies, direct-response marketers, and nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of developing large-scale advertising partnerships across multiple media channels and consistently exceeding revenue goals. As a National Media Strategist, you will represent the full Salem Media ecosystem, including: - Audio & Broadcast - Podcasting - Television & OTT Video Streaming - Digital publishing through Townhall Media & Salem Web Network - Digital Marketing & Audience Solutions - Influencer & Creator Marketing - Events & Experiential Qualifications - 5+ years of successful media, digital, advertising, sponsorship, or marketing sales experience. - Proven history of exceeding revenue goals and developing new business. - Experience selling integrated media solutions across multiple channels. - Strong presentation and consultative selling skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong organizational and pipeline management skills. - Experience selling podcasts, influencer, events and digital-first solutions (preferred). - Experience working with national advertisers and advertising agencies (preferred). The Role SCP is seeking a Brand Manager for WorshipHouse Media, the largest site for church media. This role owns the day-to-day operation and performance of the brand, with responsibility for site operations, product and catalog management, merchandising, vendor relationships, and customer experience. You'll lead a small team (1 to 2 people) that handles product additions, customer service, and platform operations, and you'll serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing and web development teams on campaigns, site projects, and ongoing improvements. You'll also partner with senior leadership to help shape the future direction of the brand.This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, takes ownership seriously, enjoys being the person who keeps things running well, and has a genuine connection to the church media world. Responsibilities What You'll Do ● Lead site operations including product creation, merchandising, and ongoing UX improvements● Oversee the product catalog and cross-functional PIM (Product Information Management) operations, ensuring accurate listings, strong presentation, and a well-organized store● Determine marketing promotions and campaign priorities, partnering with the marketing team on execution● Own vendor and partner relationships, working relationally with content producers to maintain and grow the product selection● Lead and support a small team (1-2 people) responsible for product uploads, customer service, and platform tasks● Provide technically informed customer support guidance, including questions related to digital file types, software compatibility, and church media workflows● Collaborate with web development on site improvements, new features, and troubleshooting● Partner with senior leadership to help define the future direction of the site and brand● Monitor site performance and report on key metrics, flagging opportunities and issues to leadership● Stay informed on eCommerce trends and developments in the church media space,bringing relevant ideas to the team Qualifications What We're Looking For Must-haves:● Experience in eCommerce or online marketplaces (Shopify experience strongly preferred)● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail● Comfortable managing multiple priorities and keeping projects on track● A relational communicator who builds trust with vendors, partners, and teammates● Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset● Strong familiarity with the faith-based community● Comfortable working in a remote team environment● Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Nice-to-haves:● Familiarity with church media, including worship backgrounds, mini movies, ProPresenter, and common digital asset formats● Background in people management or leading small teams● Technical knowledge of digital media file types and church presentation software● Previous work in a faith-based or ministry-focused organization● Experience with PIM systems or large product catalog management● Experience with SQL, MySQL, or other database tools Why This RoleWorshipHouse Media is an established, market-leading brand serving a passionate and loyal audience. We are building a high-output, video-first podcast network and are looking for a YouTube Growth Lead to own the strategy and performance of our channels. This role is responsible for turning long-form podcasts and video content into a scalable YouTube growth engine. You will oversee channel strategy, titles and thumbnails, clip distribution, and analytics to maximize views, subscribers, and revenue. The right candidate understands how the YouTube algorithm works in practice and can translate content into high-performing formats that reach millions of viewers. This is a hands-on role that blends creative instincts, analytics, and operational leadership.
