• Research and identification of potential target clients (e.g., via LinkedIn, Google, industry directories) • Qualify leads based on defined criteria • Draft and send initial outreach messages (email/LinkedIn) • Maintain leads in a CRM or tracking sheet • Schedule meetings or forward qualified leads to the sales team
Job Requirements
- Some experience in B2B sales, outbound, or lead research
- Structured, reliable work style and quick comprehension
- Excellent written communication (German & English)
- Confident using tools such as LinkedIn, Hunter.io, Apollo, CRM systems, Google Sheets
