• Design and implement security checks in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab) • Configure and maintain SAST, SCA, and container scanning tools (Trivy, Dependabot) • Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in applications and container images • Support container image scanning and image signing practices • Write and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash) • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into development workflows.

• Integration of new payment providers: from API documentation analysis and technical design to deployment and monitoring in production • Leveraging AI tools (Claude and similar) to accelerate provider documentation analysis and automate the generation of integration Boilerplate code • Configuration, debugging, incident investigation, and automation of routine processes • Contributing to product quality improvements, code reviews, backlog grooming, and retros • Cross-team collaboration and product user support

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in the internal Knowledge Base (instructions, user manuals, how-tos). • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on company devices (primarily laptops and corporate mobile phones). • Participate in the execution of endpoint hardening policies (encryption, patching, etc.). • Maintain and enforce security policies for company devices via an MDM solution. • Solve problems with conditional access via corporate VPN solution. • Manage Level 1 access provisioning for corporate services (both on-premises and cloud-based). • Support and maintain user onboarding and offboarding processes. • Handle basic service requests in Atlassian Cloud products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Slack (applications, bots, etc.). • Participate in R&D and the rollout of new end-user services and technologies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key PSP partners • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high-quality communication and support • Identify growth opportunities and optimise key metrics (AR, margins, performance) • Negotiate commercial terms, including discounts and referral agreements • Drive new client acquisition through PSP partnerships • Develop and execute joint growth plans aligned with company objectives • Act as a deputy to the Team Lead, supporting team coordination and execution • Help drive strategic initiatives and ensure their timely delivery • Monitor task quality across Jira and ensure high standards of execution • Contribute to reporting, analytics, and performance tracking

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to support and optimize payment operations • Work closely with a Product Analyst to translate business requirements into ML solutions • Build and improve models for transaction scoring, anomaly detection, fraud detection, and payment routing optimization • Automate decision-making processes using machine learning approaches • Prepare and process data, including feature engineering and building data pipelines • Monitor model performance and continuously improve model quality and reliability • Participate in the design and development of ML solution architecture

• Building and maintaining relationships with current PSPs. This means to be the first contact person, responding to their requests, finding ways to optimise AR and other indicators, and direct cooperation in order to develop our partnership. • Identifying new opportunities and maximising revenue (margin) from key PSPs. • Signing referral agreements and bringing new clients according to them, negotiating the discounts. • Developing and executing plans with current PSPs that align with the company's goals and objectives. • Identifying potential growth areas, exploring new directions/solutions/features/channels and monitoring progress. • Collaborating with other departments, such as BizDev, Tech team, Treasury and BAM.

• Developing a strategic vision and roadmap for the Payment Gateway, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and merchant requirements. • Conducting in-depth market analysis, including competitor research, best practice studies, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance the product. • Engaging with stakeholders (merchants, internal teams, top management) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize business processes. • Collaborating with development, UX/UI, analytics, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and analyzing user feedback to validate the usability and effectiveness of implemented features. • Monitoring key payment platform metrics (conversion rates, payment acceptance rates, customer satisfaction) and implementing improvements. • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customer support and merchants, translating identified issues into concrete product improvements. • Ensuring seamless integration of the payment product with other components of the company’s ecosystem (APIs, security systems, analytics, etc.). • Supporting and fostering internal training processes and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Build and manage a sales pipeline for target verticals, keeping CRM updated and ensuring clear next steps for each opportunity. • Develop and maintain relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions. • Run the sales cycle: discovery, product presentation, commercial proposal, negotiation, and closing. • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Product, Risk/Compliance, Legal, Operations) to move deals forward and support onboarding handover. • Research prospects and keep an eye on competitor positioning and market signals; share key insights with the team. • Contribute to improving sales materials and internal best practices (templates, pitch decks, FAQs) through practical feedback from live deals.

• Being the primary point of contact for our B2B clients regarding technical issues. • Analyzing root cause of the issue and escalating it to the relevant department. • Track of task statistics, operational management and quality control over the team. • Creating and fixing payment configurations for clients. • Providing help with using our products. • Observing dashboards and reacting to technical alerts of the system.
