Broker Channel Manager
CGWS - COME GROW WITH US
• Build and execute strategies to grow BambooHR’s Broker Channel and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals. • Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of broker partners as their primary point of contact. • Onboard and enable new partners to confidently identify, qualify, and refer opportunities. • Monitor partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive ongoing optimization. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Billing teams to ensure seamless partner experience and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2–3 years in a broker channel role; experience with channel and/or referral partnerships strongly preferred.
- Proven hunter background with direct, field-based sales experience.
- Willingness to travel monthly for conferences, in-person broker meetings, and relationship-building activities.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
