- Define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business priorities. - Lead market, customer, and competitive analysis across clinical and technical stakeholders. - Own the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch to optimization. - Drive pricing, margin expansion, and portfolio rationalization. - Translate Voice of Customer insights from clinical physicists and end users into clear product requirements. - Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams. - Lead successful go-to-market launches and enable sales and support teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience in clinical physics, nuclear medicine, or related disciplines.
- Optimal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of theranostics workflows and clinical environments.
- Product or product line management experience.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to lead through influence in highly cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Lead delivery of data-driven projects (Databricks-based environments) • Champion Agile and Lean practices, promoting continuous improvement and Inspect & Adapt principles • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues to maintain delivery momentum • Ensure appropriate governance, quality management, and value for money • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, reporting clearly and setting expectations • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, QA, BA, Architecture, Platform, and supplier teams • Guide teams through delivery lifecycle phases and support process optimisation • Contribute to the Delivery Management Community of Practice
• Own the end-to-end renewal process for a defined set of Public Sector accounts, from early engagement through close • Lead renewal strategy aligned to government procurement cycles, fiscal year timing, and contract vehicles • Negotiate renewal terms within established public sector frameworks while balancing customer needs and Abnormal’s business objectives • Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Management to maintain strong customer health and retention • Proactively identify at-risk renewals driven by funding, compliance, or policy changes, and develop mitigation plans • Manage renewal timelines, documentation requirements, pricing conversations, and execution with minimal oversight • Support approved expansion motions such as licensing true-ups or scope modifications, aligned to public sector constraints • Deliver accurate renewal forecasting and reporting, accounting for long lead times and budget-driven risk • Leverage customer and usage insights to support value-based renewal conversations with public sector stakeholders • Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and internal legal and deal desk teams to ensure compliant, smooth renewal execution.

• Develop strategies and build strong relationships to establish an intervention plan to facilitate the insured's recovery and return to work in a timely and sustainable manner • Communicate by phone and mail with various parties to develop a comprehensive understanding of the elements and context related to the absence and communicate decisions to the insured and the policyholder • Approve and adjudicate claims, process waivers of premium, establish the amount of the benefit, determine the period payable and proceed with the payment and ensure the necessary follow-ups are completed • Prepare documents needed by the organization’s rehabilitation coordinator for claimant interviews. • Review claims with medical consultants and the legal department as required • Process disability claims in accordance with the terms of the group insurance contract
