Senior VIP Manager

• Own the VIP portfolio with responsibility for revenue, retention, LTV, and incentive efficiency • Continuously monitor high-value player activity to identify opportunities and risks early • Act proactively on behavioural signals to protect and grow portfolio value • Define and manage VIP segmentation, tiers, benefits, and exposure • Make fast, commercially sound decisions on rewards, limits, bespoke offers, and re-engagement strategies • Translate portfolio insights into a long-term, cross-product VIP strategy • Maintain a sharp understanding of competitor VIP propositions and evolving player expectations • Ensure the VIP offering remains clearly differentiated, credible, and desirable at the top end of the market • Work closely with CRM, product, social, acquisition, partnerships, and brand contacts to actively grow the VIP portfolio • Proactively support VIP onboarding through marketing initiatives and partnerships • Convert partnerships and sponsorships into tangible, exclusive VIP value • Design high-impact, time-sensitive VIP experiences that reinforce loyalty, status, and differentiation • Provide direction and oversight to Junior VIP Managers with clear standards and accountability

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience managing high-value customer portfolios within iGaming, betting, fintech, trading, or comparable environments
  • Strong analytical capability combined with a proactive, commercial mindset
  • Confidence making fast, high-impact decisions in always-on environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, product, and partnerships
  • Clear understanding of competitive VIP landscapes and modern high-value player behaviour
