Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise financial software/fintech sales
- Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs
- Experience navigating enterprise/consultative selling
- Deep knowledge of the African financial landscape
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Sufficent technical understanding to grasp platform capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency

Role Description We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our expanding team serving the Latino community. This individual will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving needs, and maintaining strong knowledge of our products and services in Spanish. The ideal candidate has a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in every interaction.
