• Identify and reach out to potential clients in Saudi Arabia. • Present and promote our HR and workforce services to prospective customers. • Generate new business opportunities through calls, social media, and networking. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi clients. • Conduct sales presentations and explain our services clearly to decision-makers. • Follow up with leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience in one of the following industries: Call Center services
- Social media marketing services
- HR services / recruitment / manpower services
- Fluent in Saudi dialect Arabic and strong communication skills.
- Experience selling services to Saudi clients or GCC market is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to find leads, pitch services, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
