Role Description Our API is the foundation of how partners, platforms, and developers integrate with us, and we’re looking for an API Product Manager to own and scale our developer platform. This role is about more than shipping endpoints. You’ll define the vision for Easyship’s API ecosystem, drive adoption through world-class developer experience, and champion API-first thinking across the business. We’re looking for someone who thrives in technical depth, thinks in systems, and measures success through real usage, fast integrations, and partner impact. - Own and drive the product roadmap for Easyship's API and developer platform, managing priorities from discovery through release and iteration. - Define the strategic vision for Easyship's platform and API ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. - Leverage ROI assessment methodologies and usage analytics to prioritise API enhancements, new endpoints, and developer tooling investments. - Lead delivery of API features and developer experience improvements from ideation to release, establishing and tracking success metrics including adoption, integration speed, and developer satisfaction. - Partner with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and solutions engineering to deliver a best-in-class developer experience. - Develop deep expertise in our integration partners' needs, from enterprise platforms to independent developers, and translate insights into product improvements that drive partner acquisition and retention. - Champion API-first thinking across the organisation, ensuring internal and external products maintain consistency. - Monitor the competitive landscape Easyship's position as a leading logistics API platform. Qualifications - 5-7 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on API products, developer platforms, or technical integrations. - Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on API design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs. - Experience with API documentation tools, developer portals, and SDK/integration development workflows. - Proven track record of launching and scaling developer-facing products with measurable adoption outcomes. - Understanding of logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain domains is a strong plus. - Understanding of Low-Code/No-Code best practices is a strong plus. - Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and comfort with usage metrics, funnel analysis, and developer NPS. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business requirements for engineering teams.
