Catalog Manager

Role Description - Oversee and maintain product catalogs across Shopify portals. - Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. - Regularly audit catalog content for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines. - Utilize AI-driven design tools to create product imagery, promotional graphics, and branding assets. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop cohesive brand identity across digital platforms. - Innovate with AI tools to streamline design workflows and enhance creative output. - Develop and implement branding strategies that align with company vision and market positioning. - Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across product listings, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. - Conduct competitor analysis to refine branding and catalog presentation. - Manage Shopify backend, including product uploads, categorization, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization. - Optimize product pages for SEO and user experience. - Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align catalog updates with campaigns and promotions. - Provide insights into product performance and recommend improvements based on analytics. Qualifications - Proven experience in catalog management within e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred). - Strong proficiency with AI graphic design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI). - Demonstrated expertise in product branding and digital identity development. - Solid understanding of Shopify portal operations, including product setup, inventory management, and SEO optimization. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration. - Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics to track performance. - Comfortable working U.S. hours. Role Description At Sinch, we’re seeking a Product Manager (Integrations) to help develop, maintain, and grow Mailjet’s integrations and ecosystems. - Identify opportunities for growth by improving our 80+ existing integrations or building new ones. - Coordinate with stakeholders to execute the product roadmap. - Serve as the subject matter expert on our integrations ecosystem. - This is a fully remote role based in France, with the opportunity to shape the Mailjet product used by customers worldwide. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure overall growth and success. - Define the product strategy and what is needed for success today, tomorrow, and in the years to come. - Prioritize work based on business impact and feasibility for near-term development cycles as well as for future-looking roadmap planning. - Communicate product plans while gaining stakeholder support from executives, peers, and cross-functional teams. - Measure and report on success through ongoing analysis of usage, financial, market, and research data. - Partner closely with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market efforts to develop launch plans, documentation, collateral, and success metrics. - Advocate for user and buyer needs by presenting market analysis, user research, and product feedback. - Recommend when to build, buy, and partner based on thorough analysis and inputs from key stakeholders. - Manage the engineering backlog from requirements definition and prioritization through to tracking each initiative to a successful release. - Refine features through ongoing collaboration with designers and engineers. Qualifications - 3+ years of demonstrated product management success developing and managing SaaS products. - Able to quickly understand the product, business, and competitive landscape to inform clear product requirements and present reliable roadmaps. - A working knowledge of product development lifecycles, with demonstrated success leading distributed cross-functional teams. - A foundational understanding of API-based subscription products. - Experience translating product strategies and initiatives into clear technical requirements. - Proficiency with data analytics tools to analyze, report, and make product decisions. - Understanding of the end-to-end user-centered design process, from strategy, to concept, to final product. - Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. - A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or product management certifications are preferred.
