• Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for NeIO GIS product line • Identify high-value use cases across GIS workflows • Bring deep understanding of GIS data models and platforms • Define and manage product backlog, feature roadmap, and release plans • Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Design teams • Define product positioning, ICP, and value proposition • Lead implementation and deployment of GIS solutions for enterprise clients • Stay updated with trends in GIS & geospatial technologies and AI in spatial analytics • Contribute to POVs, whitepapers, and solution frameworks
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GIS / Geospatial domain
- Strong hands-on understanding of GIS platforms (ESRI, ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS, etc.)
- Spatial data models and workflows
- Experience working in industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telecom, Infrastructure / Smart Cities
- Proven experience in product ownership / product management OR solution ownership / delivery leadership
- Experience in building or scaling domain-led products/solutions
- Ability to convert domain problems into structured product features
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / GIS / related field
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
