Job Requirements
- Dental technician and/or software applications engineer
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in medicine, computer science, business, or a related field
- Ability to assimilate, understand, and articulate highly complex technical and clinical information related to company and industry products
- Professional sales skills to promote products and value propositions
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer and IT skills, including CRM, CAD/CAM, and navigation systems
- Fluent/native proficiency in the local language
- Strong command of English
- Valid driver's license (travel required)
- Minimum of 3 years working as a dental technician in a dental laboratory OR minimum of 3 years of results-driven sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with a direct competitor OR a minimum of 4 years in results-driven sales, preferably in the medical device sector
- Proven experience in a similar sales role
- Solution selling focused on closing deals or via commercial agreements (cross-selling company products)
- Strong approach to segmenting current and prospective customers
- In-depth knowledge of competitive dynamics
- Strong collaboration within the organization
- Ability to work with peers and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills (project management, sales planning, forecasting, etc.)
- Ability to manage change, demonstrate agility, show innovation, and work under pressure
