• Oversee a long-term, mission-critical construction project in Louisville, KY • Lead weekly update construction conferences with clients • Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordination with the design team • Ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments through customized solutions • Develop client Method of Procedures for project execution

• Support the Vice President, Market Access and the Channel Directors with all aspects of contract development, pricing models, bid processes, health system management, and business strategies. • Model financial risks and opportunities with major pricing proposals. • Work cross-functionally to maintain accurate customer contracts and pricing, and incorporate into financial models • Prepare and present pricing reports to senior management; market access function, and cross-functional partners • Collaborates with the Access Strategy team to perform pricing analyses on ad-hoc projects and evaluate new product opportunities • Develop database with cross-functional partners and manage pricing software and tools • Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales and margins • Identify and recommend areas for improvements with the contracting processes to meet changing needs of the business. • Identify appropriate data sources for retrieving information on pricing and reimbursement about payer customers and genetic tests • Use descriptive and advanced analytics methods to generate actionable insights from large quantities of third party and/or enterprise data • Track reimbursement rates/fee schedules and associated CPT codes for payers and for BG test codes • Consistently build effective relationships with team members, clients, and cross-functional partners; ability to influence directly and indirectly. • Results orientated and strong initiative; convey a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure. • Ability to positively contribute and adapt to change and operate in a dynamic organization. • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation. • Uphold company mission and values; ensure compliance in all company policies and guidelines • Adheres to Code of Conduct as outlined in the Baylor Genetics Compliance Program • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• The Sr. Government Property Manager oversees the management of the Property Management System for the Corporation in accordance with Company policies, FAR Clause 52.245-1, the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Property Control Plans. • Must be able to maintain a professional and transparent relationship with internal and external entities. • Provide training, mentoring, and direction to Program(s) for the effective and efficient management of Company-owned Government property throughout the Corporation. • Develop and ensure execution of corrective action plans. • This position will be responsible for tracking all Corrective action Request (CAR) as a result of an internal or external audit. • Recommend and implement process improvements for Property Management. • Ensure compliance with the 10 Life Cycle Outcomes: Acquisition, Receiving, Records, Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Control, Reports, Relief of Stewardship and Liability, Utilization, Maintenance, and Property Closeout. • Provide expertise and support during audits by internal and external auditors, and serves as the primary POC for all Property Audits. • Perform self-assessment audits. • Manage, appoint, train, and coordinate with Property Managers to ensure compliance with government regulations, PWS, and Property Control Plans. • Review, record, and provide recommendations on all property governance to internal and external stakeholders. • Perform data analysis and prepare metrics and related reports when required. • Provide oversight to overall government property risk mitigation and compliance integrity. • Resolve complex issues making sound judgment while maintaining compliance with government regulations and company policies. • Participate in government property-related meetings.
