• Lead the Consulting Business Unit with services including construction supervision, construction project management, project control, and sustainability consulting • Acquire, develop and deepen client relationships together with partner firms • Knowledge management and consolidation of partner expertise for market publication (e.g., panel discussions, white papers) • Manage and monitor the operational performance of our partner firms using defined KPIs (utilization, margin, etc.), implement best-practice standards and derive optimization measures • Act as a sparring partner for the managing directors (MDs) of partner firms on strategic, operational and commercial matters • Support growth through due diligence, particularly by assessing the business substance and process maturity of potential new partner firms at home and abroad

• Conduct Technical Due Diligence with a focus on all MEP disciplines (heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning (HVAC/S), electrical, building automation, and plant fire protection) • Provide comprehensive technical-economic and energy consulting services • Perform project controlling services with a focus on MEP • Act as the client contact for all questions related to building services engineering (MEP)
