• Conduct Technical Due Diligence with a focus on all MEP disciplines (heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning (HVAC/S), electrical, building automation, and plant fire protection) • Provide comprehensive technical-economic and energy consulting services • Perform project controlling services with a focus on MEP • Act as the client contact for all questions related to building services engineering (MEP)

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy/Utility Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Five or more years of relevant professional experience in technical due diligence projects
  • Additional experience in technical-economic and energy consulting services related to real estate
  • Further relevant experience in technical-economic consulting projects would be desirable
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project work
