Global Facilities Manager
Propelis
• Overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations across multiple international locations • Ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of facilities, including offices, data centers, warehouses, and other sites • Leading the strategic planning and day-to-day management of global facilities operations across all regions • Overseeing facility maintenance, space planning, lease administration, construction projects, security, and sustainability initiatives • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) globally • Developing and managing facility budgets; identifying cost-saving opportunities and tracking expenditures • Ensuring compliance with international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards • Collaborating with HR, IT, Security, and other departments to ensure a high-quality workplace experience • Implementing global facilities policies, procedures, and standardization efforts • Coordinating real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and renewals • Leading global facility-related projects, including expansions, moves, and renovations • Supporting business continuity and emergency preparedness plans for all locations • Other duties as required by Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., IFMA, PMP) a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, with 3+ years in a global or multi-site leadership role
- Strong understanding of international building codes, sustainability practices, and workplace technologies
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and navigating global operations
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., CAFM/IWMS systems)

• Build strong hotel supplier relationships and effectively communicate Priceline and Agoda’s value proposition to grow bookings, room nights and revenue in assigned portfolio • Evaluate market trends, partner performance, and competitor landscape to ensure the competitiveness of Priceline and Agoda’s products • Analyze data to identify business growth opportunities across assigned portfolio • Conduct ongoing reviews of production with hotel accounts and present strategic recommendations to optimize Priceline and Agoda accommodation availability, content competitiveness and hotel performance, using a consultative approach • Prioritize, plan and implement effectively to meet/exceed defined targets and goals • Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract and onboard non-participating hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions • Research and troubleshoot pricing and availability competitiveness issues preventing hotels from optimizing booking performance • Educate and train hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems, tools, programs and reporting • Collaborate with internal partners to execute business initiatives and drive market strategy • Prepare presentations and materials to present at both external and internal meetings • Represent Priceline and Agoda in assigned market(s), participate in industry organizations and events, and establish relationships with key local influencers
