Project Management Systems Manager

• Own the UCore platform roadmap and delivery sequencing aligned to business strategy, delivery maturity goals, and operating model needs. • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning UCore, CRM, finance, and reporting platforms, ensuring technical alignment and delivery readiness. • Partner with Business Systems and IT to guide architecture-informed platform decisions, integrations, and technical tradeoffs. • Establish platform governance, prioritization forums, and intake models for enhancements and enterprise delivery needs. • Serve as the owner for UCore delivery status, risks, dependencies, and value realization. • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, data, integration, and adoption risks across the UCore ecosystem. • Define success metrics for UCore (adoption, delivery predictability, data quality, delivery outcomes) and hold the roadmap accountable to outcomes. • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on delivery maturity, platform capability gaps, and investment sequencing. • Lead UCore readiness for major organizational changes, phased rollouts, or delivery model shifts. • Partner with the Senior PM Systems Analyst to align system configuration, backlog prioritization, reporting, and training to enterprise delivery priorities. • Co-design platform governance, standards, and operating rhythms with PM CoE leadership. • Ensure change management, training, and adoption plans are sequenced with platform delivery and business readiness. • Establish cross-functional operating rhythms and decision forums across PM CoE, Business Systems, and IT.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, platforms, or large-scale delivery initiatives.
  • Proven experience owning platform roadmaps and delivering outcomes across complex, multi-system environments.
  • Strong experience partnering with IT and Business Systems on platform strategy, integrations, and technical design.
  • Experience leading PM platform modernization, delivery model transformation, or enterprise system rollouts preferred.
  • Experience leading or owning enterprise PM platforms (e.g., Planview AdaptiveWork, Clarizen, Smartsheet, Jira Align, MS Project Online).
  • Experience leading large-scale platform implementations, phased rollouts, or enterprise delivery transformations.
  • Familiarity with data architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise reporting ecosystems (not hands-on coding, but strong fluency).
  • Experience partnering with Change Management, PM CoE, or Transformation teams on adoption and operating model shifts.
  • Project management and/or platform certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, SAFe, Planview) preferred.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
