• Oversee a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects across development, construction, and commercial operation. • Lead execution strategy across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with capital plans and company objectives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors, OEMs, and major vendors, managing high-value contractual relationships. • Provide strategic oversight of project controls, including schedule management, cost tracking, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless transition from development to construction and financing milestones. • Ensure effective coordination with operations teams for successful project handoff at COD. • Support and lead EPC and major equipment contract negotiations in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and Commercial teams. • Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Drive best practices in project execution, contractor management, and construction oversight across the portfolio. • Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with HSE policies and standards. • Mentor, coach, and provide functional oversight to Project Managers and project team members. • Provide strategic direction on project execution approaches, contractor strategy, and risk management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, including 6-8+ years in renewable energy construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent utility-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC contract structures, contractor management, and construction risk management.
  • Experience managing complex project portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
  • Experience managing projects or portfolios with significant capital value (e.g., $50M+ per project).

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: - Engineering degree strongly preferred; other disciplines considered with relevant CTG experience. Experience: - Demonstrated experience with combustion turbine and generator maintenance, including planned inspections, outage execution, and evaluation of unplanned maintenance events. - Strong understanding of CTG maintenance schedules, inspection intervals, and methodologies, including borescope inspections, combustor inspections, hot gas path inspections, major inspections, and generator inspections. - Experience developing, administering, interpreting, or supporting Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for CTG assets, including: - Planned and unplanned maintenance provisions - Covered parts definitions and exclusions - Cost caps, risk allocation, and collateral damage concepts - OEM service scope and performance obligations - Experience supporting or participating in LTSA negotiations, amendments, or commercial discussions is preferred, but not required if accompanied by strong CTG technical expertise. - Experience working directly with OEMs and service providers (e.g., GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or equivalent) in maintenance planning, outage execution, or contract administration. - Ability to lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, legal, supply chain, finance, and plant operations. - Fleet‑level SME experience supporting multiple units or sites is preferred.
