Structural Project Manager

• Manage Project-Level Budget-to-Target Profit. • Create project budget in alignment with fee, schedule, and milestone strategy. • Manage budget through review of KPI’s, communicating progress and roadblocks, address red flags, driving the optimization of profitability. • Forecast billing and manage forecast as project progresses. • Manage Schedule for External Clients and Internal teams. • Facilitate kickoff, sprint planning and project check-ins that meet the definition of success. • Serve as client’s main point of contact and independently manage client coordination. • Ensure appropriate technical resources are properly coordinated for applicable client meetings. • Manage Scope to Contract. • Identify and document out of scope tasks in Sprint Plans. • Drive Client Negotiations for scope/budget/cost management and change control. • Facilitate and manage any outsourced resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 years of experience with Structural Engineering in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience starting and managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience working with virtual teams.
  • PMP highly preferred.

Role Description Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Environment, Health and Safety, the EHS project specialist is an individual contributor role in the Fuel Manufacturing organization. This role is critical to the safe and environmentally responsible implementation of Fuel Manufacturing projects across the entire project life cycle, and acquisitions. This is a fully remote role that may require travel to a site on occasion. - Provide technical assistance and support for EHS issues within assigned areas. - Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure support. - Develop and implement written documentation on EHS requirements and reporting for projects. - Monitor regulatory and internal EHS program changes for their effects on projects. - Develop and deliver EHS training to project participants. - Track the implementation of EHS policies, procedures, training and risk assessments for projects. - Assist projects with internal EHS reporting. - Develop data management practices using tools such as PowerBI, Qualitech (CAP), EHS software. - Conduct / facilitate EHS inspections and audits, partner with sites to implement corrections, controls and implementation. - Present data related to projects to support monitoring to improve projects. - Participate in EHS compliance and EHS management system audits. Qualifications - Will pass requirements for access to US and EMEA nuclear facilities. - 10 years of progressive experience in industrial, radiological and construction environments. - Knowledgeable of EHS regulations relevant to manufacturing environments. - Fulfill responsibilities with a global and business-oriented mindset. - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
