L2R GmbH
• We are seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join and expand our sales team immediately. • Independently acquire new customers and maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships. • Responsible for new customer acquisition and maintenance of existing customer relationships within the emergency services sector. • Build and reinforce long-term customer relationships to optimally meet their needs. • Present and demonstrate our digital solutions to customers, at trade shows and at events. • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention. • Prepare and follow up on proposals and participate in contract negotiations and tender/procurement processes. • Collaborate with the specialist team to develop tailored solutions for our customers.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a field relevant to the role, e.g., Health Economics, Rescue Engineering, Business Administration with a healthcare focus, or IT.
- Alternatively: vocational training in emergency medical services (e.g., Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic) with sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for presenting complex systems in an accessible way.
- Technical affinity and interest in learning about innovative digital solutions.
- Excellent team skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivation, ambition and enjoyment in understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Fluent in German and English (business/negotiation level).
- Class B driving license.
- Willingness to take responsibility and to act independently.
