• Create and execute sales and service activity plans • Manage member life-cycle tasks, including scheduling and eventually leading calls • Own all account management conversations with secondary account stakeholders • Ensure members leverage their membership by delivering high quality service to help drive renewal and future sales • Manage and respond to inbound requests from members • Assist in the preparation of member interactions by collecting and consolidating background information on individuals and organizations as well as their relationship with Info-Tech • Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of our CRM • Ensure the CRM contains accurate account details and contact information • Actively seek to increase product knowledge
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years of Account Management experience
- Proven track record of success
- Experience working in the IT Research and Advisory market
- Experience working as part of a team an asset

• Manage all sales activities within existing and new enterprise companies within the Commercial Print, Publication, Mailing and Super Wide Format space. • Liaison with other Graphic Communications sales teams to drive cross selling activities. • Execute Graphic Communications sales, marketing and support strategies/models to achieve goals through the immediate and extended Graphic Communications team. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product, industry and competitive posture of the company. • Gain expertise in assigned vertical markets and the unique application of solutions in that environment. • Provide timely and accurate territory reporting and forecasting to Graphic Communications management utilizing CRM. • Attend all assigned trade shows, open houses, and other Graphic Communications events.
• Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, ROI presentations, negotiation, and close • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while managing discount levels and operating within budget guidelines • Engage regularly with prospects and customers through onsite visits, virtual meetings, webinars, and industry events • Build, qualify, and maintain a robust, self-sourced pipeline aligned to enterprise growth targets
