Sales Operations Analyst
Geneo
• Support Salesforce end users by troubleshooting issues and resolving day-to-day questions. • Act as an advocate for Sales stakeholders, capturing feedback and translating it into system improvements. • Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials. • Deliver training sessions and enablement resources to drive Salesforce adoption and confidence. • Support change management initiatives tied to new features, enhancements, and process updates. • Document, enforce, and maintain Salesforce data governance policies. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and territories. • Perform regular data audits and validations to maintain reporting and forecasting integrity. • Maintain territory structures, account ownership rules, and customer alignment. • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights. • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility for Sales and leadership. • Partner with Sales leadership, Product Managers, and stakeholders to analyze business needs and define requirements. • Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions using standard Salesforce capabilities. • Promote operational excellence through standardized processes, best practice sharing, and governance. • Own and manage the Salesforce enhancement backlog, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Salesforce-focused roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce as a system of record (HubSpot experience nice to have.)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, territory management, and account ownership models.
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, quota planning, and performance measurement (preferred).
- Experience with data visualization or analysis tools beyond Salesforce (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) (preferred).
- Experience supporting scaling sales organizations (preferred).
