Business Development Analyst

• Relentless Outreach: You will cold-call and email potential landlords and commercial real estate brokers to identify viable properties for dispensaries or wholesale sites. • Regulatory Detective Work: Call municipalities and city planning offices to verify zoning maps, understand setbacks, and get clarity on local cannabis ordinances. • Market Research: Analyze new markets for expansion. Who are the competitors? What is the population density? Is the local government friendly to cannabis? • Pipeline Management: Keep our CRM organized. Track every lead, every call, and every "maybe" until it becomes a "yes" or a "no." • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist senior leadership with pitch decks, travel logistics, or administrative tasks as we scale.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or a research-heavy role.
- Flexibility on ability to travel (sometimes with little notice)
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (you can organize data quickly).
- Excellent phone manner—you aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
- Genuine interest in the cannabis industry (regulatory knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn is mandatory).
