Rosor Exploration

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across mining, energy, environmental, government, and geospatial sectors. • Lead discovery calls, assess client needs, and develop tailored UAV and geophysical survey proposals. • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, negotiation, and contract execution. • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth handoffs, scope alignment, and successful project delivery. • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting. • Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. • Represent Rosor at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen industry presence. • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to support product and service innovation. • Uphold Rosor’s culture of professionalism, responsiveness, and client-first service.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative-selling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and proficiency with CRM platforms.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and project kick-offs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in technical sales, geophysics, exploration, geochemistry, remote sensing, UAV operations, or spatial data.
  • Technical background enabling clear translation of service capabilities into client solutions.
  • Established network in mining exploration, producing mines, natural resources, energy, or geospatial industries.

Role Description This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the U.S.A. The Bancorp’s Small Business Lending team is a leader in helping businesses across the country secure the impactful SBA loans that drive growth. Deliver tailored financial solutions and contribute to the success of small businesses nationwide as a part of this dynamic team. - Originate business for the bank suitable for loan generation of Small Business Administration 7a, Express, 504 and USDA loans. - Gather applications, perform financial analysis of required cash flow, and present the package within credit policy requirements. - Directly interact with and manage client relationships. Responsibilities - Generates new Small Business Administration (SBA), Express, 504, and USDA loans from small business clients in accordance with established annual goals and objectives. - Originates new paid and non-paid referrals and face-to-face contacts. - Identifies main client groups and audiences, determines the best way to communicate information to them, and develops and implements a communication plan. - Manages client relationships on originated loans through closing. - Makes periodic site visits to clients, within defined market region, to assist Portfolio Management Group and to provide compliance with Annual Review Documentation from borrowers. - Cross-sells bank services to existing loan relationships and manages relationships. - Pre-screens loans with knowledge of SBA and USDA for proper structure, conformity, and eligibility with respect to the applicable loan program. - Follows up on any exceptions or account matters. - Gathers complete underwriting packages and presents for acceptance Commitment Letter with clients. - Assists team with obtaining from clients the documentation required to close the transaction. - Works with Small Business Lending division on all loan submissions, presentations and qualification matters. - Manages client relationship and expectations of new accounts by taking loan applications, attending closings and providing customer service. - Works with borrower/applicant to facilitate converting loan opportunities. - Acts as primary liaison with the client and handles any issues/problems. - Participates in Loan Committee presentations. - Participates in community and business functions/groups to provide a positive image for the bank within the region’s marketplace. - Establishes referral contacts within the community and maintains strong working relationships with referral contacts. - Educates clients of advantages and creates brand recognition in the market. - Attends local SBA functions to establish the bank's presence and cultivate CDC relationships. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience. - Five years Marketing, sales, and business development experience, including two years Finance/Lending background. Preferred Requirements - Demonstrated prior business success in Small Business Administration Lending/Sales. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook. - Strong working knowledge of financial analysis including: cash flow, balance sheet, financial ratios, industry analysis, audit, etc. - No travel required. Salary Range $95,000 - $115,000 Plus Incentive. This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data. Ranges may vary based on the job's location.
