Developmental, copy editing, and proofreading for foundational digital content. Editing for brand voice, sense, grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors. Ensures all digital content is error free. Primary focus is on web copy, including web copy for the purposes of SEO, and landing pages for gated content. Other form factors include email (nurture and promotional), e-books, tele scripts, sales engagement materials, partner marketing assets. Editors are responsible for contributing to and maintaining documentation for the operating mode. Editors to maintain service-level objective of 3 business days to first draft from initial draft received. Looking for candidates with: - B2B editing experience - enterprise technology or agency BG Job Description: - Manage submissions: Guide stakeholders on how best to submit requests to get the results they need. Validate that requests are complete, creative briefs provide clearly defined deliverables, and timelines are realistic. - Assign projects: Understand which projects our team supports – and which ones we don’t – and identify the right resource for each writing and editing project. - Define, design, and document processes: Ensure the team functions seamlessly, supported by the right tools and processes, and that knowledge is shared, always up to date, and available to all. - Train team on processes and tools: Help onboard vendors with documentation and training so that our team members can do their jobs with the highest degree of self-sufficiency. - Report on projects: Track and report on active and completed projects, including what we worked on, how long it took, who did it, and much more. - Manage special projects: Provide project management as needed for SEO audit updates, campaigns, and events. - Facilitate communication: Collaborate with experts on the team to relay guidance and best practices to stakeholders. Qualifications: - B2B is usually more helpful (B2C people tend to be unfulfilled) - Technology space is easier to ramp up in, enterprise technology, cloud, etc. but not required (definitely a preference) - High-volume, fast-paced environments - Operational and project management skills - SEO editing experience - Style guide expertise Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA.
