Role Description En tant qu’Ingénieur DevSecOps, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la sécurisation, l’optimisation et l’évolution de notre infrastructure et de nos pipelines. Vous serez le garant des meilleures pratiques de sécurité tout en participant à des projets variés en collaboration avec notre équipe technique. - Sécurité : - Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les meilleures pratiques de sécurité DevOps (gestion des secrets, scans de sécurité, audits de configuration). - Collaborer avec l’équipe technique pour répondre aux exigences de sécurité de nos clients grands comptes. - Superviser la conformité aux standards de sécurité (cloud, code, pipeline). - Infrastructure et CI/CD : - Maintenir et améliorer nos pipelines CI/CD (Azure DevOps). - Gérer et faire évoluer notre infrastructure cloud Azure. - Support au développement : - Accompagner les développeurs dans des déploiements fiables et sécurisés. - Participer ponctuellement au développement back-end (Node.js, TypeScript). - Culture DevSecOps : - Promouvoir une culture de la sécurité au sein de l’équipe. - Identifier et anticiper les risques tout en proposant des solutions pragmatiques. Qualifications - Une personne autonome, capable de prendre des initiatives, avec une forte expertise et passion pour la sécurité dans un contexte DevOps. - Des compétences techniques solides : - Sécurité : scans de vulnérabilités, gestion des secrets, protection des pipelines CI/CD. - Conformité : RGPD, ISO 27001, SOC 2. - Cloud & CI/CD : Infrastructure as Code, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, Docker, monitoring. - Langages & outils : TypeScript, Node.js, GitHub. - Une sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité spécifiques aux grands comptes. Requirements - Formation supérieure en informatique Bac + 4/5. - Solide expérience en DevOps ou DevSecOps (minimum 5 ans), idéalement chez un éditeur de logiciels évoluant dans un contexte grands comptes. - Une certification Azure est un plus.
