Qualifications - 5+ years of exceptional visual design skills with a strong eye for detail in color, layout, and typography. - Ability to differentiate between “good” and “great” design, and a passion for pushing boundaries. - Expertise in working closely with business and tech teams to bring real-world design solutions to life. - Comfortable with trial and error, embracing feedback, and using prototyping to explore new ideas. - Good experience with accessibility, usability, user research, and testing. - You thrive in collaborative, agile teams composed of technologists, product managers, and designers, and are confident in directing and planning your visual deliverables. - Complex problems inspire you and you have a talent for distilling complexity into simple yet impactful interaction designs. - A natural storyteller, you can clearly articulate how your design decisions improve the user experience, impact the business, and communicate your ideas in ways stakeholders can understand and embrace. - You have a passion for mentoring fellow designers and design enthusiasts, running educational sessions to elevate your team’s understanding of visual design. - Please share a portfolio link that showcases your expertise in digital products – ideally both web and mobile.
