Direct Marketing Leader
IMPLEMENT4
• Design and implement a comprehensive referral program with plumbing, HVAC, and other trade partners across all Texas locations. • Analyze and replicate successful elements of existing lead generation process for scalable deployment. • Develop partner onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies to ensure long-term program sustainability. • Collaborate with regional leadership in DFW, Houston, and Austin to align program execution with local market needs. • Establish KPIs, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards to measure referral performance and ROI. • Lead cross-functional coordination between marketing, operations, and sales teams to optimize program outcomes. • Prepare and present program updates and results to executive leadership on a regular basis. • Position the program for future expansion into new markets beyond Texas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development within the restoration, construction, or service-based industry.
- Proven success in building and managing referral programs with trade partners (plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams or initiatives, including both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of B2B partner ecosystems and relationship-based lead generation models.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools to track and optimize performance.
- Experience working in or managing operations across multiple U.S. markets, preferably in Texas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to accept equity and a six-figure compensation package in exchange for impact and ownership.
