About Carrier Digital Carrier is in the midst of a massive Digital Transformation – and our Digital Function is looking for an program management specialist to define and champion the digital employee experience. This position will manage various digital engagement programs, from weekly webinars on emerging trends to community events optimized for our customers and culture. This position sits within our Digital function in our Digital Growth & Strategy team and will work in close partnership with our training and communication teams. About This Role As the Specialist, Digital Program Management, this position will lead the creation and delivery of impactful employee engagement and development initiatives that enhance our digital workplace culture. This position will be responsible for the design and execution of engaging employee experience programs, leveraging digital tools and interactive content to support continuous learning and organizational growth. Working cross-functionally, this position will promote Carrier’s strategic goals to drive innovation and foster a cohesive digital-first experience. Key Responsibilities Employee Experience: - Plan, market, and facilitate meaningful employee experience programs that align with organizational objectives and improve employee engagement. - Own end-to-end Digital in 30 training series, including topic selection, event coordination, event execution, and post-event feedback and analysis - Curate Digital in 30 training resources and manage team page on SharePoint - Manage Digital in 30 content library in Workday Learning, including creating training records, uploading resources, and assigning credit to attendees - Own Digital Training inbox and manage inquiries from team Culture Champion: - Partner with cross-functional teams and DT leaders to develop consistent, effective employee experience initiatives. - Collaborate with Digital communications to support logistics and coordination for key functional events such as Town Halls, Summits, etc. - Own Digital in 30 community channels (e.g., Viva Engage) for engagement and two-way dialogue Strategy & Goal Alignment: - Monitor and evaluate the quality of employee experience programs using surveys, feedback sessions, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. - Align KPIs and tracking metrics to strategic Digital goals and enhance the transfer of experience/knowledge to daily work - Enhance the digital employee experience ecosystem by aligning systems and processes with engagement initiatives. Required Qualifications - High School Diploma/ GED - 3+ years of experience in employee engagement and/or digital learning, including experience in digital content creation, needs analysis, and program delivery. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in designing and deploying employee engagement or digital learning content within a global corporate environment. - Strong understanding of digital unified communication tools and best practices (Teams, ZOOM, Viva Engage, etc.) - Expert collaborator who can connect dots across teams - Digital acumen and familiarity on emerging technologies, tools, and trends Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
