Serves as designated ministry liaison with providers and ministry Care Coordination teams, to move patients towards safe and effective discharge plans or transitions to the most appropriate next level of care. The Mission We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join and lead large-scale multi-stream programs for Enterprise Clients for the Cloud Project Management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, complex cloud transformation projects for Enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior consulting professional who has managed at the program and portfolio level, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, governance rigor, and long-term account growth. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and internal teams to define program goals, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive results.
